You Belong Here

Hi everyone! Welcome to the first installment of my blog and the first step in this next transition of my life. I hope this will be a place where those who think deeply—and sometimes quietly—can come and feel a sense of belonging.

Over the past year, I’ve struggled with building a voice-over and travel business because so much of the advice out there just doesn’t resonate with me. Maybe you’ve felt the same way—not just in building something of your own, but in navigating your career, group interactions, or even defining success on your own terms.

I want this blog to be a space where I share my challenges and ideas, in the hopes that it helps normalize these feelings for others. And I want to hear from you, too! I envision a community of deep thinkers who see the world from unique and meaningful perspectives. Maybe your thoughts have been overlooked, or your voice has gone unheard—but not here.

I consider myself an introvert and an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), though I have to admit—I’m also pretty outspoken. I don’t shy away from debates, and I love to ask questions to learn more about others and the world around me. My intent is not to change anyone, but to encourage this community to see that we all have a very special and unique perspective. I believe that when we embrace this mindset, we’re better able to share our gifts and live a purposeful, fulfilling life.I want that for you. I want it for myself (and believe me I struggle with this as well).

I hope to share my experiences, good and bad, insights, and encouragement. I hope this space reminds you that your voice matters, your perspective is valuable, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I know I’m not the only one navigating the tension between deep thinking and real-world action, between wanting to build something meaningful and feeling overwhelmed by the ‘right’ way to do it. If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. Drop a comment, send a message, or just keep reading—whatever feels right for you. Either way, I’m glad you’re here!
